At JMJ Regalia, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and sarees. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary.  

Our Conditions

We offer:

  • Refunds or replacements (subject to stock availability) are provided for items that arrive faulty or damaged, with proof at the time of opening the package.
  • To be eligible for a return for the faulty product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Significantly not as described on the website or in marketing materials or in the pictures 
  • You must notify us within 24 hrs of receiving the product to initiate a claim if you receive the product with damage. 
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging 
  • Proof of purchase is required 

We do not offer:

  • No Exchanges or Refunds
  • Refunds for change of mind purchases, unless otherwise stated.
  • Exchanges on items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Return Process Steps

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please follow the below steps:

  • You must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order to email support@jmjregalia.com or via Instagram @jmjregalia with your request. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A brief explanation of the defect or problem
  • Once approved, return the product within 7 working days in original condition, folds, tags and packaging
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty. We’ll send you a return shipping label for the faulty item.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent only to the address that we provide you when you contact us
  • We will then offer you the option of:
    • A full refund - We will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
    • A replacement (subject to stock availability)

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose carefully before purchasing. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size or style
  • You no longer want the item

This policy ensures we can maintain hygiene and quality standards, especially for jewellery and textiles.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty as mentioned above:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or care (e.g., exposure to water, perfumes, or heat). Please follow the recommended care guide.

Warranty & Product Care

At JMJ Regalia, Products with valid warranty claims may be eligible for replacement (if stock available), or refund as below:

  • Warranty Duration - Our jewelry comes with a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects
  • What Is Covered - Manufacturing defects (clasp issues, missing stones, breakage due to design flaw), stitching errors or color fading (for sarees, if applicable)
  • What Is Not Covered - Normal wear and tear, Damage caused by misuse or mishandling, Exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals
  • How to Claim a Warranty - To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@jmjregalia.com with your order number, product images, and a description of the issue
  • Proof of Purchase - Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required to process any warranty claim

Care Guide Instructions

To keep your jewellery sparkling and long-lasting and Preserve the elegance and life of your sarees with proper care, follow these simple steps:

Jewellery:

  • Store in a dry, airtight box or pouch (preferably fabric-lined).
  • Use a soft cloth to gently wipe after each use.
  • Keep each piece separate to avoid scratches or tangling.
  • Wear your jewellery after applying makeup, perfume, or hair products.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
  • Don’t expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasives
  • Never soak or wash your artificial or gold-plated jewellery.

Sarees:

  • Cleaning Tips -Use a dry microfiber cloth to gently clean.
  • For more stubborn dirt: slightly dampen the cloth with warm water and dry immediately.
  • Washing - For silk, designer, or embroidered sarees: Dry clean only.
  • For cotton or daily wear sarees: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Do not wring, scrub, or bleach.
  • Drying - Dry in shade only. Never expose to direct sunlight.
  • Hang dry or lay flat to avoid fabric distortion.
  • Ironing - Use low heat or silk-safe setting.
  • Always iron on the reverse side or with a cotton cloth on top.
  • Storage - Store sarees in a cool, dry place.
  • Use muslin or cotton cloth wraps for silk sarees.
  • Refold sarees every few months to prevent permanent creases.

    Pro Tip for Both

    Avoid long-term hanging of heavy sarees or jewellery to maintain shape and strength. Regularly inspect for any wear and gently care to extend life.
