• Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Notification Requirement: To request a cancellation, please email us at support@jmjregalia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include in the email:
  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Amount paid.
• Beyond 24 Hours: After the 24-hour period, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
